Return Policy

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Used or Opened Items

Items that have been used or show signs of wear may be subject to a restocking fee of at least 20% of the original selling price. All returns will be inspected prior to approval.

Order Cancellations

- Orders canceled before shipment will be refunded minus a 3% transaction fee to cover payment processing charges.
- Warranty Coverage
- International & Preowned Devices
- All international devices come with a 30-day domestic warranty covering manufacturer defects only.
- All preowned phones come with a 120-day domestic warranty.
- In both cases, if a repair isn’t possible, a replacement will be provided.
- Liquid or physical damage is not covered under any warranty.
- Claims made after the warranty period will be referred to the product manufacturer and subject to their terms.
